This 25 minute appointment for existing patients offers a brief review of implemented lifestyle or pharmacologic treatments to support continued growth on your journey.

Our transparent direct pay fee structure is an investment in unique, personalized psychiatric care that confidentially prioritizes your experiences and preferences without the external influence and constraints you may experience in a standard clinic setting.
Your insurance company may reimburse some or all of our fees if you have “out-of-network benefits.” Please consult your insurance benefits information directly for details. If desired, we can provide you with the necessary documentation that you can submit to insurance for reimbursement.
Long follow-up

This 50 minute appointment is for existing patients following-up for individual psychotherapy, combined medication and psychotherapy, complex medication management, or family therapy.
